Cauliflower Rice Bowl


3 oz Chicken Breast

200g Riced Cauliflower

2 Cups Raw Spinach

45g Cooked Red Potato

1 Whole Lemon

1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic

1 Tbsp. Honey Mustard

Italian Seasoning

Garlic Powder

Pink Salt

Black Pepper

Zero Calorie Butter Spray



1.    Heat skillet to medium heat and spray with zero calorie PAM spray.

2.    Sauté garlic and onions until brown.

3.    Add in riced cauliflower then stir and season with lemon juice, butter spray, and spices.

4.    Stir in spinach and cooked shredded chicken.

5.    Top with honey mustard.

6.    Enjoy!
